A Maker of Things
With 20 years of experience in graphic design and art direction, I specialize in creating impactful, visually compelling designs. I am a uniquly creative conceptual thinker with a strong understanding of design principles. My five years of teaching typography at the Academy of Art University have sharpened my expertise in design principles and constructive feedback. Ready to explore and embrace new challenges, I bring a mix of conceptual creativity and meticulous craftsmanship to every project.
I’ve always seen myself as a "maker of things." In my cozy home, I have a fine-art studio where I create large-scale narrative drawings using in charcoal and pastel. I also have a photography studio where I occasionally capture fun moments with my two dogs. When I’m not working, drawing, or taking photos, you’ll often find me knitting. There is always more to learn, and there is always more to make.
I am located on the beautiful and quaint island of Alameda, in California.
